Each Particle Wave home is precision-engineered in our factory and delivered as a drop-ship kit—ready for fast assembly by the owner or by the Particle Wave team.

Unlike conventional ADUs, Particle Wave homes require no cement foundation and are classified as temporary structures, meaning no building permit or inspection is needed. It’s as simple as parking an Airstream in your driveway. Built with non-toxic, durable and up-cycleable materials, our homes provide sustainable, flexible living solutions for modern homeowners who value both innovation and simplicity.

Our ADU line includes the ADU 1.0 (a 704 sq. ft. studio) and the ADU 1.5 (an 832 sq. ft. one-bedroom model), each starting with a simple, accessible base structure—four walls, a floor and a roof.

From there, owners can select from a range of enhancements—such as heated floors, kitchens, bathrooms and electrical amenities—priced individually and engineered for seamless integration at any time.
